The refitted cabin, view aft towards the wheelhouse. main changes; revarnished matchboards, galley rebuilt - which included moving the hot water geyser, replacement steps. There is a little work still to do, including re-upholster all the seating.

The results of a lot of hard work. The original materials (Hull, gunwales, the bow and stern airboxes - known as whalebacks) are all painted. Replica materials (bulkheads, deck, side aircases etc) are all varnished. The wood is maturing to a deeper, mellower and richer colour.
