Someone's having a little fun at the expense of The Ladies. [sorry, an in-joke, I'll be back to explain it later] The FR is well known for the "double Fairlie" - a type of articulated locomotive. So someone has stuck the two Hunslet Ladies back to back in imitation, they'll not get far, as they both need the missing tenders ...

On a misty day in April 2016 (Easter ?) Blanche and Linda (aka The Hunslet Ladies or the Penrhyn Sisters) also the "Queens of the Hill" (from winning a competition during a Superpower event on the Welsh Highland Railway in 2011 - as determined by the Railway Performance Society)
