Based on a mark2 quarryman's carriage, the Hearse Van was built by the Festiniog Railway in 1885/6. Seen here on display at Gelert's Farm. The presence of a coffin sometimes surprises visitors. www.festipedia.org.uk/wiki/Hearse_van
