No.11 This is the little cove just southeast of Douglas Head, access would have been from what is now the Marine Drive, and the path down to the Lighthouse. I had some fun working out the location of this image. [I strongly suspect that the photographer may actually be on the lighthouse !] [scanned] not my image : fair use & public information

Looking at the Inner Farne cliff that faces the mainland. The large white stain was made by waste discharged by the lighthouse, the guano visible in other areas is far more patchy.
