From another [fairly] reliable source, which confirms that this is the Ratgoed Tramway horse and a rake of waggons loaded with finished slabs at the Aberllefenni Slate Works [dated April 1948]. Another "Borrowdale slate Banksy" has been spotted. Borrowdale Banksy is an anonymous producer of slate sculptures, in the English Lake District. Whoever this person is, they are very skilled with slate & dry stone walling methods. not my image : fair use & public information
