Pink Hydrangea - as the individual flowers are both frilly and pink, I think this variety is "Candy Floss" - unless someone has been altering the acidity [or otherwise] of the soil, as pink means alkaline, not acidic conditions. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hydrangea_macrophylla
