Although I have seen a total lunar eclipse previously, I thought that I would get up early enough to see some of the last few minutes before the moon set. Sadly, I was disappointed - 8 octas of low cloud spoilt my viewing. [So I went back to bed !] . not my image : fair use & public education.

The tradition of making shadows on the wall is always entertaining. Some of these are very easy, others not quite so much !
