www.kauai.com/wet-and-dry-caves Haniniholo, Waikanaloa & Waikapalae Wet Caves are located off the the main road in the Haena State Park and are easy to get to. Maniniholo Dry Cave is located directly across the street from Haena Beach Park. This large opening dry cave can be explored easily and is fun to explore with children. Maniniholo dry cave is 300 yards deep and leads to a small exit hole on the side of the mountain. The cave's interior used to be much larger but a 1957 tsunami partially filled the cave with sand.
