Nella loggia del vecchio palazzo comunale di Albenga si conserva sullo sfondo il grande affresco della Crocifissione del pittore Canavesio (seconda metà del XV secolo) In PiP l'affresco che non è molto visibile

Qui siamo nel territorio di Castiglione Falletto, uno dei comuni della zona di origine delle uve adatte a produrre i vini a denominazione di origine controllata e garantita «Barolo», la cui prima delimitazione risale al 31 agosto 1933. Gli altri comuni sono: Barolo e Serralunga d'Alba e parte dei territori dei comuni di La Morra, Monforte d'Alba, Roddi, Verduno, Cherasco, Diano d'Alba, Novello e Grinzane Cavour, tutti in provincia di Cuneo. Cephalanthera longifolia, known by the common names Sword-leaved Helleborine or Narrow-leaved Helleborine, is an herbaceous perennial plant with rhizome belonging to the family Orchidaceae. It is native to light woodland in Europe, North Africa and parts of Western and Central Asia up to China. In Britain and Ireland it is a quite uncommon and declining species, and conservation work is being carried out at a number of sites to safeguard it .
