Ubicación: Plaza de la Hierba - Castellon - España La escultura formó parte de un proyecto expositivo auspiciado por la Fundación Caja Castellón y que ésta regaló a la ciudad. La pieza en bronce del escultor valenciano representa un ángel alado de cerca de dos metros con los brazos abiertos hacia el espectador-fiel que acude al templo o transita por los alrededores. Su fragilidad como ser etéreo e inmaterial se potencia por el uso de líneas curvas y la aparente falta de músculos. El que fuera cofundador del Grupo Parpalló ha sido definido como clasicista, humanista, armónico y ponderado. Isle sur la Sorgue La cittadina prende il nome dalla Sorga che nasce alcuni chilometri a monte di Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Bellissimo parco dall'impronta romantica, dedicato al pittore barocco catalano Francesc Ribalta. Costruito nel XIX secolo quando la città iniziava a industrializzarsi, sorse dove anticamente era ubicato un cimitero ed era vicino alla (vecchia ora, nuova allora) stazione ferroviaria. Nel 1876 accanto ad esso sorse il parco dell'Obelisco, sinceramente non so dove finisce l'uno e inizia l'altro. this beautiful structure is in the romantic park Ribalta, the oldest public park in the city; it preserves an extensive variety of plant species. Located in front of the railway station, the park is representative of 19th-century tastes. A number of walkways intersect each other, forming little squares where the Music Pavilion, the Pérgola, the pond and an old locomotive called the Panderola are located, making the park a delightful place for people of all ages. The Obélisque d'Arles ("Arles Obelisk") is a 4th-century Roman obelisk, now erected in the centre of the Place de la République, in front of the town hall of Arles, was first erected under the Roman emperor Constantine II in the centre of the spina of the Roman circus of Arles. After the circus was abandoned in the 6th century, the obelisk fell down and was broken in two parts. It was rediscovered in 14th century. And it was re-erected in its current location in 17th century on top of a pedestal designed by Jacques Peytret. The fountain at the base was designed by Antoine Laurent Dantan in 19th century.
