4 FTS Hawk at Valley 17/08/85 It was involved in a mid-air collision with Red Arrow Hawk XX259 on 16/11/87. Thankfully, both pilots ejected safely and the two aircraft crashed about five miles from RAF Scampton near the village of Welton, Lincolnshire.

one half of the "Vintage Pair" display team lining up at Valley 17/08/85. Sadly, it was destroyed in a mid-air collision with its team mate, Vampire T.11 XH304, during the Mildenhall Air Show on 25/05/86 with the loss of both pilots.
