Construction stopped on Anglo Irish Bank's HQ at Spencer Dock, Dublin due to the collapse of the bank. 11/12/2009. Update June 2012, construction is due to resume soon and once finished the building will instead be the HQ of the Irish Central Bank.

Located on Spencer Dock by the banks of the River Liffey, The Convention Centre Dublin is a purpose-built international conference and event venue and is scheduled to open in September 2010. The building was designed by the Pritzker Prize winner, Kevin Roche, the internationally renowned, Irish-born architect, who graduated from UCD School of Architecture in 1945.
