It was a beautiful warm day but Arenal-Bol beach in Calpe is quiet in November. Perfect for a stroll by the water's edge. As the sign indicates Calpe has a policy of keeping the area free of plastic waste. In fact the gathered plastic is recycled and used to make benches on the promenade. HWW to everyone. El Partal an early 14th-century Moorish palace. Dating back to the 13th century the fortress and palace of the Alhambra is a fabulous mix of islamic and christian architecture. After years of neglect and attempts to destroy it by napoleonic troops the complex has been restored & is Spain's most visited site. HBM to everyone. Enjoy the start of the new week.

So much colour in November! A walk to visit the remains of a Roman aqueduct near Altea. The ruins were underwhelming but the flora en route were impressive. HFF to everyone. Have a great weekend.
