Somewhere in the boiler house of Britain's last remaining operational coal-fired power station at Ratcliffe on Soar. I have no idea what they are all for.

A look across part of the generating hall at Ratcliffe power station. The boxed blue and white object lower centre is a spare turbine shaft, from the closed Rugeley power station.

This was deep inside the beast that is Ratcliffe Power Station. The board above the cabinet states 415 Volt Precipitator Switchboard 1-E. I assume that this is something to so with capturing dust from the boilers before it escapes from the chimney.
