A pair of male Mallard ducks photographed on the Leeds-Liverpool canal near Brierfield in the North-West of England. This is just a snapshot taken with the camera on the "Program AE" setting which has resulted in a high ISO and slight over exposure....the ducks were swimming away from me so I didn't have time to focus and set the correct exposure. The focus is slightly "off" for the main subjects but I liked the way the patterns of the ripples and the reflections of the sky and clouds have turned out so I decided to keep it. Camera: Sony RX100. Processed with Nikon Capture NX2.
