Just before the ascent into the Cordillera Blanca in the Peruvian coastal desert lie the ruins of Sechín with their granite reliefs of gory battle scenes. The reliefs have remained in good shape in spite of great age (1,000 years or more). This photo was taken by a Yashica Electro 35CC film camera and COLOR-YASHINON DX 1:1.8 f=35mm lens with a Pro 52mm (UV) Japan filter using Kodak Ektachrome 64 Daylight film, the slide scanned by an HP Scanjet G4050 and digitally rendered with Photoshop.
