In a change from my normal subject matter of Nature and Landscape Photography, I have headed into a local neighborhood to record their way of life. This community needs a sturdy fence to prevent residents from being led away from the straight and narrow. Deviation from the path could lead to a fall from grace. This photo was taken by an Asahi Pentax 6 X 7 medium format film camera with a Super-Multi-Coated Takumar/6X7 1:4.5/75mm lens using Kodak Portra 400 film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitalized by Photoshop.

The exterior decor of Sausalito's houseboats distinguish them from their terrestrial neighbors.
