If we were taking a trip to San Francisco before 1937 we would go to the Sausalito Ferry Terminal and drive our car onto a steam ferryboat like the Eureka. Then we would sail over to the San Francisco Ferry Terminal. Children, back then your great grandparents, would look forward to such an adventure. Yes . . . your great grandparents were children also at one time . . .
