Found this rather sleepy little guy sitting on a branch in the outdoor enclosure at the Calgary Zoo. Most of the tiny Burrowing Owls are free to fly around in the Conservatory.

Just about out of sunflower photos now! Bad timing, as the forecast is for rain or snow flurries tonight. I'll be longing for some brightly coloured photos to brighten the snowy winter days that must be just around the corner.
