Yesterday, two of us walked around the Reader Rock Garden and then the adjcaent cemetery. Some of the plants and fallen leaves had been edged with frost, after a cold, damp night. It was beautiful to see - unlike the ice I had to scrape off my car windscreen! Interestingness#164 explore2008October18.

Are these Birch leaves? One of these days, I should make a study of which leaves belong to which tree! I always think these small, hanging leaves are pretty, especially at this time of the year.
