Powerful, massive, imposing, impressive, spectacular ... I love Crowfoot Mountain, which overlooks Bow Lake with its gorgeous turquoise water. Bow Lake is seen from Highway 93, the Icefields Parkway, in Banff National Park. The patterns of the scree create a wonderful reflection on a calm, sunny day. Taken on 29 August 2013. Wednesday 18th September 2013 - it SNOWED in southern Alberta today, so the mountains will be looking whiter than before. This not what most of us wanted to hear!!! I am SO not ready for this, lol!!!
