I was SO lucky to be on a walk in South Glenmore Park yesterday morning and so was treated to a wonderful sighting of this juvenile Snow Bunting, feeding along the edge of the path ahead of us. I have only ever seen Snow Buntings a handful of times, in the countryside around the city, always at a great distance, and usually in huge flocks.
