Just needed a cheery splash of colour - if you see the first photo I posted this morning of a Richardson's Ground Squirrel, you'll understand why colour is a necessity at the moment, not a luxury, lol! This beauty was growing at Reader Rock Garden on June 30th. The snow IS starting to melt, folks : ) It got up to 10C today - yes, that's PLUS 10C!
