It felt so good to feast my eyes on a room full of colour yesterday morning, in the Conservatory at the Calgary Zoo. Worth facing the cold and the icy conditions underfoot. In the spring, this huge room will become a tropical room with lots of plants and butterflies. Still feel sad that there is no Cactus Room in the new building : ( I used to really enjoy the Arid Room in the old building.
