The light was not good, but managed to get a photo or two of these beautiful, gentle creatures. After a morning's walk by the river two days ago, I called in at the east end of Fish Creek Park to see the usual pair of Great Horned Owls and to see if the friendly neighbourhood Porcupine was hanging around - no sign of him/her. Just as I was leaving the parking lot, I spotted three White-tailed Deer browsing nearby - missed the youngest one in this shot : )
