Anne Elliott's photos with the keyword: a.k.a. alumroot

Does anyone happen to know what this wildflower is? I haven't been able to ID it yet. We saw it in southern Alberta, south of Calgary and west of Longview, on the border of Kananaskis, three days ago. This is a zoomed in photo.
