Just a simple photo, but there is something about it that I liked. For one thing, the sun was shining, and that is always a pleasant thing. Taken at the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary on 22 November 2012.

A bright splash of colour to brighten a rural, winter scene. I liked the black silhouette of the horse against the red. Seen along 85th St. SW, just south of Highway 22X. I love red barns, LOL!

Another photo shot through glass at the Calgary Zoo - not as sharp an image as I would have liked. These Geckos are such brilliant colours and I love the orange patterns on them. The glass of the aquarium is filthy - looks worse than I had thought : (. LOL, the more times I look at this image, it seems blurrier than the previous time - sorry!
