High up on the scree slopes of a favourite mountainside, this Rose root grows wherever if can. I love to see the bright red against the grey rocks.

Discovered this beautiful plant growing up at Ptarmigan Cirque in Kananaskis. The colour is really shown off by the pale grey scree on which it grows.
