This was such a beautiful sight when I was with the Ghost River Alliance group for a nature walk on June 3rd. People were calling it a sundog, but I wasn't sure if that was correct, as I could only see a halo. Anybody know for sure?

I think I just liked the light and the background of this one. I know I've posted a few photos of birds on the hand before, LOL, and no doubt will keep posting the occasional new one. Taken at Bebo Grove, Fish Creek Park, on November 13th, same day as we saw the tiny Northern Pygmy-owl.
