Took this shot two days ago when I went with a friend to see if he could again find the rare Yellow-billed Loon that he had seen on the Glenmore Reservoir three days ago. It was SO cold and windy and the surface of the Reservoir was too choppy to be able to tell if there were any birds on it. This photo was taken from North Glenmore Park looking in the direction of the Weaselhead natural area, with the Rocky Mountains in the distance. No snow on the ground - at the moment!
