Though I have uploaded many Black-capped Chickadee photos before, I rather liked the shape of the perch in this one. It is the outside rim of a tree stump in Fish Creek Park.

This Red-breasted Nuthatch is such a friendly little guy. They don't usually stop for a moment, but this one stayed still for just long enough to get one quick shot.
