Part of the Bodleian Library in Oxford. The song that comes to mind is "Library Song" by Tom Chapin :-)
Okay, all together now ~
"Saturday morning and the rain is pouring
Dad worked late last night, he's in there snoring
Same old stuff on tv.....boring!
So what if I can't go out and play I know what I'll do today
I'm going down the library
Picking out a book, check it in check it out
Gonna to say hi to the dictionary
Picking out a book, check it in check it out......................."

I have been wanting to find a shot that includes a 'yellow coat' to link to "Yellow Coat" by Steve Goodman. One of my very, very favourite songs by Steve.
This shot of tourists at The Bodleian Library in Oxford is about the closest I am goin' to find...methinks :-)

In the Biography "Steve Goodman: Facing The Music" by Clay Eals, Clay asked Emmylou Harris for a quote about Steve. Emmylou said "There are a lot of great people out there that are not household names, and you know what? It's not a bad thing. Someone like Steve really touched you in a way that music is supposed to touch you, and the people who are fans of Steve Goodman will be fans till death. That's really the best success you could have as an artist".
So, I think it is very fitting that I include Emmylou's live version of "Yellow Coat".

Mick has said this shot includes my signature 'red'. That is a much appreciated comment, Mick :-)
Mick also suggests I could link this to “Red” by Daniel Merriweather. I have to admit to never having heard of Daniel but on the first hearing this is a very good song and an excellent recording :-)
So, added to 'Soundtrack to Life' almost immediately :-)

The Clarendon Building is on the right.
t'other building is the Sheldonian Theatre.
From Wikipedia -
“The Clarendon Building is a landmark Grade I listed building in Oxford, England, owned by the University of Oxford. It was built between 1711 and 1715 to house the Oxford University Press. It stands in the centre of the city in Broad Street, near the Bodleian Library and the Sheldonian Theatre. It was vacated by the Press in the early nineteenth century, and used by the university for administrative purposes. In 1975 it was handed over to the Bodleian Library, and now provides office and meeting space for senior members of staff.”
From Wikipedia -
“The Sheldonian Theatre, located in Oxford, England, was built from 1664 to 1668 after a design by Christopher Wren for the University of Oxford. The building is named after Gilbert Sheldon, Chancellor of the University at the time and the project's main financial backer. It is used for music concerts, lectures and University ceremonies, but not for drama.”

Extract from the following website -
www.headington.org.uk/oxon/broad/buildings/south/clarendon.htm
“The Clarendon Building was built in 1711–13 to the designs of Nicholas Hawksmoor. It is a Grade I listed building. It was built to house the Oxford University Press, which had previously been occupying a large room over the ceiling of the Sheldonian Theatre. It owes it name to the fact that it was partly paid for by the profits from the 'History of the Great Rebellion' by Lord Clarendon, whose son presented the University with its copyright. It was known as “The Printing House” until the University Press moved to Walton Street in 1832.”
The Clarendon Building is now part of the Bodleian Library.
