The morning temperatures are getting cooler and cooler, and with this comes the death of our tomato plants. There are still tomatoes trying to ripen so I've been saving as many as I can. I went out this morning to pick some more for the delicious pasta sauce I made this afternoon, when I noticed the lovely dew covering each tomato. Off I went for my camera, and took a few pictures!

Here is my submission for Shapes, Week 3: Circle/round! :) 1 more picture above in a note! A few months ago I took some food out of the microwave that had plastic wrap on it, and noticed that it was covered with condensation. Nothing new, I've seen this a million times. But then I wondered...you know...I bet this would look really cool as a macro! I put my face up to the plastic and was amazed at the countless tiny, perfect droplets. I knew it would make a cool picture in the future, so a few weeks ago the timing was perfect: I was heating up spaghetti sauce and when I took it out and saw the condensation, I had the time and motivation to take some pictures! :D Can you believe how interesting condensation looks?!!!

I wanted to see what it would look like if I tried for just a tiny sliver of focus to see what kind of bokeh I would get. HOLY COW!! Condensation bokeh RULES! :D

Here is a leaf in our bathroom with a droplet of condensation on one of our house plant's leaves! It's just above a floor vent and next to the cold window, so there are droplets on it most of the time!
