This was a picture I took the other day when Molly, Zoe, Moosie and I were up on the ridge trail. Getting to go on our walks up there means the world to Molly and she's such a happy girl that I had to take a silly picture of her smiling face! I intentionally focused on her nose with the hopes to get her eyes out of focus. I'll try it again at a later date, where I'm closer to her for better eye bokeh! :D

Many notes above full of fun and frolic! :D This morning when I went out with my camera to get my Picture of the Day, I took the dogs with me and had a great time watching them run around and play. All three of them were in high spirits, and even Molly--who doesn't usually bother with Zoe and Moosie's games--joined in for the fun and games! :) With such silliness going on, I thought it would be a great opportunity to take pictures of them!

I slept in late this morning because Steve and I have been staying up too late, and I awoke to the sound of Steve singing to Molly as he made coffee downstairs. I lay in bed with a joyful smile on my face as he crooned to his beloved doggy girl... "Only You" by the Platters Steve Brien (born April 28, 1962) is my wonderful, handsome and very talented husband. We met in March 2000 and have been married since 2008. He was born and raised in southern California and has worn many hats over the years for his career including miniature special effects in the movie industry, and website designer and project coordinator. He currently works as a product photographer at Fire Mountain Gems & Beads.
