This is a Western Lynx Spider, Oxyopes scalaris, found on driftwood in Southern Oregon. (these spiders come in a huge variety of colors and patterns, but all have the same body shape). Thanks to Phil Huntley-Franck for identification information!

I found this tiny spider one day while taking pictures of flowers. It was on an incoming bud and held still for a few pictures before I backed off and left it alone. Thank you to FISHNROBO for the proper identification of this lovely little spider!
