Bridge carrying Interstate 5 over the Pit River Arm of Lake Shasta, California, on a very gray day! Part of the Bridge Bay Marina is visible thru the bridge pylons at left, behind the bridge. Looking more or less southwest. Lake Shasta is also full due to the exceptional water season, and indeed is also being drawn down to make room for the spring runoff. Note the flooded bushes toward the shore, as well as all the driftwood.

California, USA, formed on the Sacramento River by Shasta Dam. Looking north over the marina at the south end of the lake. The bridge is Interstate 5, crossing the old course of the river. Map location approximate, as usual.
