Near the intersection of the (incomplete) bike trail running down Lake Tahoe's west shore with the Tahoe to Pyramid (Lake) trail, which goes along the Truckee River, ultimately all the way to its sump in Pyramid Lake. There are still a few gaps due to landowner issues. The Truckee flows out of Lake Tahoe here, at (somewhat grandiosely) named Tahoe City. As I've mentioned before, the term "city" has no legal significance in the US.
