Right at the edge of Olympic National Park, Washington state, accessed by a short trail off the Olympic Springs road along the Elwha River. The road was closed beyond the trailhead due to flood damage! So this was the extent of our hiking. Olympic National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage site: whc.unesco.org/en/list/151
