Eagle Creek campground and picnic area. The overlook looks downstream toward Bonneville Dam, less than a mile away. I believe this trail was built by the CCC, but it doesn't seem to get much use now.

On the grounds of the fish hatchery at Bonneville Dam, on the Oregon side of the Columbia River, USA. There's no little irony here because it's the dams that trashed the salmon runs!
