One of the Blue Lakes, actually--they coalesce only at extremely high water. Pine Forest Range, in extreme northern Nevada. The lake(s) are natural and of glacial origin.

Another of those generic names... This is in the Pine Forest Range in extreme northwest Nevada. It's actually a natural cirque lake--these mountains were high enough to develop some glaciers in the Pleistocene. As of last year it's now in the Pine Forest Range Wilderness.
