Not most folks' image of Colorado... ;)

The name was not drawn out of a hat... ;) On Colorado State Route 14 outside Sterling, Colorado, USA. We expected to get wet, but never quite caught up to the storm cells. EDIT: I misremembered the place and have updated the description accordingly.

Looking south. The Pawnee Buttes are just off the photo to the right, while the wind turbine farm is behind me. Probably not most folks' image of Colorado ;)

The wind turbines are now more obvious. Looking north.

Turnoff to Pawnee Buttes ahead on the left. The wind turbines are barely visible on the horizon (the bluffs--view large).
