Original county seat of Nye County; then mostly a ghost town for many years, but now with some new building by those who really Want to Get Away From It All... Note the pieces of wall downhill from the new white building, on the right side of the photo.

An icon. Amazing it's survived so long. The turret at the top looks more broken up than in the 1965 photo. Probably due to yahoos with .30-06's.
