Mustangs approaching me on a walk in the hills above my house. That's one of my dogs (on lead!) in the foreground. This is the same little herd that seemed very miffed when they didn't get anything!

A little herd of mustangs in the hills above my house. They weren't spooky at all; in fact, they came toward me, which was a bit disconcerting since I had my dogs with me. Apparently they're used to treats! But they finally moseyed on by (inset).

Ewe that had joined a wild horse herd in the Virginia Range, in western Nevada above our house to the east. Presumably she's not a threat to the stallion. Rams & stallions don't get along! Alas, I haven't seen her in several years.
