Mercurius was born around 225AD. He was a soldier in the Roman army, and he was a great swordsman. He was martyred in 250AD because he didn't want to offer to the pagan gods.

Mammes of Caesarea was born around 259AD of Christian parents who were in prison. When his parents were martyred, he was raised by a rich widow called Ammia, who died when he was 15. Afterwards he was tortured for his Christian faith. He was thrown to the lions, but he could make them docile by preaching to them (don't try this at home). He was sentenced to death by emperor Severus Alexander. He died around 275AD.
