Pilot house. The tower shows the time and the water level (in decimetres) above or below Seekartennull (known in English as chart-datum) and is since 2005 the Lowest Astronomical Tide. F means Flut (= high tide). It can also show E for Ebbe (= low tide). The building dates from 1914.
