Gevulde koek or filled cookies are normally round. Bakery S. v. d. Burg from the Passage in The Hague makes square ones. Good quality, excellent ingredients: 8 out of 10.

Also from the S. v.d. Burg bakery of The Hague. On the hard side, I prefer them slightly chewier. Chocolate chips could be more chocolaty. 7 out of 10
