The yellow tram HTM 265 was in service from 1920-1963.

Both classics The Hague Public Transport Museum – Haags Openbaar Vervoer Museum

The number plate register says it is a 1982 245 GL, but it doesn't look like a 1982 model and the bonnet looks like a 265. On the back it says DL.

Luckily not a Belgian gentleman in sight...
