My brother-in-law gave me the flash (thanks) and friends of mine supplied the tripod. The tiles are my bathroom tiles.

Friends of mine found an old tripod. Today I went to the photo shop and they had a screw lying about that I could take with me for free. So now I have a tripod as well. The white thing on top of the flash is a deflector shield.

My six month old Nikon Coolpix 5700 camera has broken down, producing only this kind of image. I've brought my Canon AE-1 back into operation for the duration of the repair.
