This beer of the Bruges brewery De Halve Maan (The Half Moon) is brewed with four malts and two hops. Alcohol 6% by volume. Brugse Zot has been available since 2005. It is the only beer brewed within the city of Bruges.

Originally thought of by the Viennese in a smaller shape and known today as the croissant. That way they could "eat" their enemy the Turks. Successful, as the Turks only occupy Constantinople nowadays.
