The building of the Law Faculty. Opened by Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. The building is named after Kamerlingh Onnes, who received a Nobel price for "his investigations on the properties of matter at low temperatures which led, inter alia, to the production of liquid helium" This building was the Physics laboratory.

Kamerlingh Onnes is a famous Dutch professor who was the first to cool helium sufficiently to make it fluid. He won the Nobel Prize for this feat.
